    Ingredients
      

    • 400 g White Cabbage around ¼ head
    • Handful of Fresh Coriander 15g
    • Juice of 1 Lime
    • ¼ - ½ Clove Fresh Garlic minced
    • 1 tablespoon White Miso Paste
    • ¼ teaspoon Dried Chili Pepper Flakes

    Instructions
     

    • Wash and grate the white cabbage. Add it to a large mixing bowl.
    • Wash the fresh coriander and finely chop it, including the stems. Add it to the bowl with the grated cabbage.
    • In a separate bowl, combine the minced fresh garlic, white miso paste, and lime juice. Mix thoroughly until there are no lumps.
    • Pour the dressing over the cabbage and coriander in the mixing bowl. Sprinkle the dried chili pepper flakes over the salad. Toss everything together to ensure an even coat of dressing.
    • Enjoy the Cilantro Cabbage Salad right away, or for optimal flavour, let it sit for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to meld.
