    • 1 green apple e.g. Granny Smith
    • ½ lime
    • Small handful of baby leaf spinach
    • ½ small courgette
    • Coconut milk – you can also substitute for oat

    1. Thoroughly wash the green apple, courgette, and baby leaf spinach.
    2. Peel the courgette and chop the apple and courgette into cubes.
    3. Add the chopped apple, courgette, spinach, lime juice and coconut milk to a blender.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 green apple - approximately 100g unpeeled and with the core removed
    • Juice of ½ lime
    • Small handful of spinach - approximately 20g
    • ½ small courgette - approximately 110g peeled
    • 100 ml coconut milk (can substitute for oat)

    Instructions
     

    • Thoroughly wash the green apple, courgette and spinach.
    • Peel the courgette (but leave the apple skin on) and chop both the courgette and apple into cubes.
    • Add the chopped apple, courgette, spinach, lime juice and coconut milk to a blender.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
    • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
