Vegan Ranch Dressing - No mayo!
This dairy-free ranch dressing is garlicky, tangy, and packed with flavour. Best of all, it contains no mayo, just simple, wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
- 125 g macadamia cream see post
- 1 small clove fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¾ teaspoon dried dill
- ¾ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- Cracked black pepper
- 1-2 tablespoon plant milk I used oat for neutral flavour
Instructions
- Grate or mince the fresh garlic and add the lemon juice.
- Add the remaining ingredients with the exception of the plant milk, and stir to combine.
- Gradually add 1-2 tablespoon of plant milk and stir until the dressing is the desired consistency.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. This dressing can also be frozen for up to 6 months. Simply thaw in the refrigerator and stir to combine any separation.
